How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Once we receive your approval, your order will be sent to print and
shipped within 3-5 business days.
Will
I Be Able To View My Announcement Before It's Sent To Print?
Yes. You will be able to view an e-proof (pdf file) within 24-48 business
hours after you have placed your order and have emailed your photos.
Your e-proof will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please
email your photos to photos@adinababy.com. When you
receive your proof, let us know of any changes. There is NO
CHARGE for changes. Once we have your approval, we begin making
your announcements.
What
Type Of Paper Are Your Announcements Printed On?
Our announcements are printed on high quality, professional photo paper.
How Do I Submit My Photo's To You?
Photo's can be sent via email to photos@adinababy.com.
Digital photos can be sent as jpgs or tiff format. It is best if the
images are saved at the highest quality. (300 dpi or greater) If you
are using your digital camera, try to choose the setting where the images
are at the highest quality.
If you are scanning your photo, leave it at 100% at 300 dpi. Saving
it as a jpeg file is best.
Photos
can also be sent through the mail. This way we will be able
to scan in your photos at high resolution in order to make sure your
photo announcement is the best quality. Please email photos@adinababy.com
and we will be happy to let you know where to send your photos.
Do
I need extra postage for the square envelopes?
Yes, the USPS requires an additional $.13 postage for square envelopes.
